Each booking is entitled to 1 (one) piece of merchandise distributed randomly, based on availability. Merchandise is given per booking, not per night stay. 4. Respective hotel's spa can choose the complimentary treatment. 5. JHL Group Vouchers are valid for 3 months (until the end of December 2026) via the MyJHL Application. For Carstensz Mall vouchers, guests must redeem them directly at the mall.
